Administrative renewal

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the national direct-to-home satellite distribution undertaking operated by Bell ExpressVu Limited Partnership from 1 March 2004 to 31 March 2004, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence.

The Commission heard the application for renewal of this licence at the 20 October 2003 Public Hearing in the National Capital Region. However, it will not be able to rule on this application before the current licence expires.

This decision does not dispose of any substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence. The Commission will issue a decision on the renewal application at a later date.
