Condition of licence no. 1(a) set out in the appendix of CTV Newsnet - Licence renewal, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2004-8, 21 January 2004, is replaced with the following:

1. (a) The licensee shall provide a national English-language television specialty service, and shall draw its programming exclusively from the following categories, as set out in section 6 of Schedule I of the Specialty Services Regulations, 1990, as amended from time to time:


1 News
3 Reporting and actualities
12 Interstitials
13 Public service announcements
14 Infomercials, promotional and corporate videos
