Paragraph 5 of the French version of TFN - The Fight Network - Category 2 specialty service, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2004-62, 30 January 2004, should read as follows: |

5. La licence sera attribuée lorsque le requérant aura démontré au Conseil, documentation à l'appui, qu'il a satisfait aux exigences suivantes : |
|
|
· une société canadienne habile a été constituée conformément à la demande à tous égards d'importance; |
|
|
· le requérant a conclu un accord de distribution avec au moins une entreprise de distribution autorisée; |
|
|
· le requérant a informé le Conseil par écrit qu'il est prêt à mettre l'entreprise en exploitation. L'entreprise doit être en exploitation le plus tôt possible et, quoi qu'il en soit, dans les 36 mois de la date de la présente décision, à moins qu'une demande de prorogation ne soit approuvée par le Conseil avant le 30 janvier 2007. Afin de permettre le traitement d'une telle demande en temps utile, celle-ci devrait être soumise au moins 60 jours avant cette date. |
