The Commission renews the broadcasting licence of Câblevision TRP-SDM inc. for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving the above-mentioned locations by means of a multipoint distribution system, from 1 December 20041 to 31 March 2005, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence. |

The application for the renewal of this licence was published in Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2004-40 17 June 2004. However, the Commission will not be able to rule on this application before the current licence expires. |

This decision does not dispose of any substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence. The Commission will issue a decision on the renewal application at a later date. |
