1. | The Commission approves the application by Wilderness Ministries Inc. to change the authorized contours of the radio programming undertaking at Nipawin, authorized in Christian music FM radio station, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2004-120, 19 March 2004, by increasing the antenna height and relocating the transmitter. |
2. | The licensee advised that the original transmitter site became unavailable and an alternative location was required. |
3. | The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued. |
