| 1. | The Commission approves the application by Blackburn Radio Inc. to change the authorized contours of the radio programming undertaking CKNX-FM Wingham, by decreasing the average effective radiated power from 69,800 watts to 65,766 watts and by increasing the antenna height from 216 metres to 226 metres. |
| 2. | The licensee indicated that the proposed change is due to the need to replace the radio antenna. |
| 3. | The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued. |
