1. | The Commission approves the application by Boundary Broadcasting Ltd. to change the authorized contours of the transmitter CKGF-3-FM Rock Creek. |
2. | The change to the authorized contours results from a decrease of the effective radiated power from 132 watts to 50 watts, a decrease of the antenna height and a relocation of the transmitter. |
3. | The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued. |
