Revocation of licences - Exempted cable broadcasting distribution undertakings that serve up to 6,000 subscribers

1.

The licensees listed in Appendix I to this decision have confirmed their eligibility for exemption in accordance with Exemption order respecting cable broadcasting distribution undertakings that serve between 2,000 and 6,000 subscribers; and Amendment to the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations, Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2004-39, 14 June 2004 (Public Notice 2004-39).

2.

The licensees listed in Appendix II to this decision have confirmed their eligibility for exemption in accordance with Amendments to the Exemption order for small cable undertakings, Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2002-74, 19 November 2002 (Public Notice 2002-74).

3.

Given these licensees' requests, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licences issued to these licensees for the undertakings serving the locations listed in the appendices to this decision.

4.

The Commission reminds the operators of these undertakings that they must, at all times, comply with the criteria contained in either the exemption order attached to Public Notice 2004-39 or that attached to Public Notice 2002-74.
