| Licence renewal for radio network | |

1. |
The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the national radio programming network providing programming to French-language and Acadian community radio stations that are members of L'Alliance des radios communautaires du Canada inc., from 1 September 2004 to 31 August 2011. The licence will be subject to the conditions specified therein. |

The network provides continuous programming, 24 hours per day. Member radio stations can access programming from the network at any time during the day. |

The Commission expects the programming offered by the network to the member stations to comply with the Radio Regulations, 1986, the conditions of licence of the individual stations and to be consistent with Community radio policy, Public Notice CRTC 2000-13, 28 January 2000. |

The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application. |
