Erratum

1.

Paragraph 6 of the French version of CFRO-FM Vancouver - Licence Renewal, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2004-341, 13 August 2004, is replaced with the following:
 

6. Dans Pratiques relatives à la non-conformité d'une station de radio, Circulaire no 444, 7 mai 2001, le Conseil a expliqué son approche relative aux stations de radio en non-conformité. Conformément à la Circulaire no 444, le Conseil renouvelle la licence de CFRO-FM Vancouver pour une période de quatre ans, du 1er septembre 2004 au 31 août 2008, au lieu de la période maximale de sept ans. Cette période permettra au Conseil d'évaluer à plus brève échéance la conformité de la titulaire aux dispositions du Règlement concernant la tenue des rubans-témoins.
