Deadline to commence operations |

The Commission approves the application by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation for an extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the new transmitter of CBK-FM Regina, authorized in Addition of a transmitter of CBK-FM at Prince Albert, Decision CRTC 2000-305, 10 August 2000. |

The Commission notes that this is the licensee's third request for an extension to implement its authority. |

The transmitter must be operational at the earliest possible date and in any event no later than 31 December 2004, unless a request for an extension of time is approved by the Commission before this date. In order to ensure that such a request is processed in a timely manner, it should be submitted in writing at least 60 days before that date. |
