1. | The Commission approves the application by 9115-0318 Québec inc., to change the authorized contours of the radio programming undertaking CKLX-FM Montréal, by increasing the effective radiated power from 900 watts to 1,900 watts and by decreasing the antenna height from 199.1 metres to 193 metres. | |
2. | The Commission reminds the applicant that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, no licence may be issued until the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued. | |
