CKKX-FM Peace River and its transmitter CJHP-FM High Prairie - Technical change

1. The Commission approves the application by Peace River Broadcasting Corporation Ltd. to change the authorized contours of its transmitter CJHP-FM High Prairie, by increasing the effective radiated power from 2,000 watts to 2,700 watts and by increasing the antenna height.
2. The Commission notes that this change reflects the "as-built" technical parameters and that there will be no significant change in the coverage area.
3. The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued.
