The Commission approves the application by Priszm Brandz Properties Ltd. for a broadcasting licence to operate an English-language radio network consisting of the weekly program "Live from Wayne Gretzky's." The programming will consist of sports talk, hockey analysis, or discussion about players and events surrounding the National Hockey League season and playoffs. The applicant has been operating the network under a temporary licence. |

The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application. |

The licence will expire on 31 August 2010. It will be subject to the same conditionsas those in effect under the temporary licence. The conditions will also be specified in the licence to be issued. |
