The Commission approves the application by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation for an extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the new transmitter at Windsor, authorized in Addition of transmitters of CJBC-FM Toronto at Windsor and Paris, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2002-126, 30 April 2002. |

The Commission notes that this is the licensee's second request for an extension to implement its authority. |

The transmitter must be operational at the earliest possible date and in any event no later than 30 April 2005, unless a request for an extension of time is approved by the Commission before this date. In order to ensure that such a request is processed in a timely manner, it should be submitted in writing at least 60 days before this date. |
