Revocation of licence |

1. | In Exemption order respecting radiocommunication distribution undertakings (RDUs), Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2002-45, 12 August 2002 (Public Notice 2002-45), the Commission announced its determination to exempt radiocommunication distribution undertakings from licensing requirements and associated regulations, subject to the criteria announced in the Exemption order attached to that notice. |
2. | Kemano Community Association has requested the revocation of its licence. Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Kemano Community Association. |
3. | The Commission reminds the operator of this undertaking that it must, at all times, comply with the criteria in the Exemption Order respecting Radiocommunication Distribution Undertakings, as attached to Public Notice 2002-45. |
