CIGV-FM Penticton - Technical changes

1.

The Commission approves the application by Great Valleys Radio Ltd. to change the authorized contours of CIGV-FM Penticton, as a result of a decrease in the effective radiated power, from 10,600 watts to 6,300 watts, and an increase in the antenna height from 756 metres to 758 metres.

2.

The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued.
