CHCD-FM Simcoe - Licence amendment

1.

The Commission approves the application by CHCD Inc. to amend the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CHCD-FM Simcoe by adding the following condition of licence.
  The licensee is authorized to simulcast CHCD-FM Simcoe's programming at 106.7 MHz and at 98.9 MHz for a period of 60 days following the implementation of operation at 98.9 MHz. The licensee must then cease operation at 106.7 MHz.

In CHCD-FM Simcoe - Technical changes, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2003-490, 1 October 2003, the Commission approved the change of frequency from 106.7 MHz (channel 294B) to 98.9 MHz (channel 255B) and an increase in the station's effective radiated power from 3,420 watts to 14,370 watts.

The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with the present application.
