  Further to its Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2003-47 dated 16 September 2003, the Commission announces the following:
  AT THE REQUEST OF THE APPLICANT, THE FOLLOWING ITEM IS WITHDRAWN FROM THIS PUBLIC NOTICE

Application No. 2003-0927-0
  Application by CTV TELEVISION INC. to revise certain elements of the benefits package associated with the transfer of effective control of CTV Inc. to BCE Inc., as approved in Decision CRTC 2000-747, dated 7 December 2000. The various initiatives proposed by BCE Inc. and accepted by the Commission as tangible benefits represented incremental expenditures totalling $230 million over seven years.
