Application by DUFFERIN COMMUNICATIONS INC. to renew the licence of commercial radio station CIDC-FM Orangeville.
The licensee is applying to delete its condition of licence requiring it to make payments to third parties involved in Canadian talent development at the level identified for it in the Canadian Association of Broadcasters' (CAB) Distribution Guidelines For Canadian Talent Development, as set out in Public Notice CRTC 1995-196, which for the market of Orangeville represents an annual expenditure of $3,000.
The licensee is applying to adopt a condition of licence to spend $27,000 annually on local Canadian talent development initiatives.

Application by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION (CBC) to amend the broadcasting licence for its radio programming undertaking CBU-FM Vancouver.
