Telecom Order CRTC 2003-86

Ottawa, 21 February 2003

Bell Canada

Reference: Tariff Notice 750 (National Services Tariff)

900 Service

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 17 January 2003, filed on behalf of and with the concurrence of TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), to revise the National Services Tariff item 515, 900 Service, in order to withdraw the participation of the former TCI and TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. (TCBC).

2.

Bell Canada noted that, coincident with this application, TCI was filing Tariff Notice 81 which proposed to migrate the information pertinent to the former TCI and TCBC to TCI's General Tariff.

3.

The Commission notes that the migration of the information pertaining to both entities to TCI's General Tariff will have no impact on the terms, conditions, rates and charges for the 900 Service for the remaining companies participating in the National Services Tariff.

4.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

5.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
