Reference: Tariff Notice 14

Equal access

1.

The Commission received an application by Société d'administration des tarifs d'accès des télécommunicateurs (SATAT), filed on behalf of Compagnie de téléphone Nantes inc. (Nantes), dated 9 January 2003, to introduce General Tariff item 4.4, Equal Access.

2.

The Commission notes that, coincident with this application, SATAT filed Tariff Notice 34, which proposed to introduce General Tariff item 700, Equal Access, in order to add Nantes to the list of companies offering equal access.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves SATAT's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

5.

Nantes is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect this change.
