Bell Canada

Work-function structure

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 29 November 2002, to revise item 100, Work-Function Structure, of its General Tariff in order to offer a nine-month promotion to customers who subscribe to additional individual residence lines.

2.

During the promotion, Bell Canada proposed to waive the unregulated $75.00 service charge associated with the installation of the first telephone jack when a customer subscribes to a second residential line.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect within 14 days of the date of this order.
