Corporate name change

1.

The Commission received an application by Northern Telephone Limited Partnership (Northern), dated 12 December 2002, to revise General Tariff section N10, in order to change the name of the company to NorthernTel Limited Partnership.

2.

The Commission approved the ex parte application on an interim basis in Telecom Order CRTC 2002-467, 20 December 2002.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves on a final basis Northern's application.
