Channels for data transmission

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 8 November 2002 and amended on 17 December 2002, to add item D70(a), OC-48 Access Service, to its Special Facilities Tariff. The new item relates to the provision of an OC-48 access service between the customer's premise and the company's serving wire centre.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

3.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
