Migration of a service to the Aliant Telecom General Tariff

1.

The Commission received an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 19 November 2003, in order to migrate Maritime Tel & Tel Limited General Tariff item 4450, 128 Kbps Fractional DS-1, to item 508.2, 128kbps Fractional DS-1 − Nova Scotia Only, of its General Tariff.

2.

Aliant Telecom submitted that there are no changes to the rates, terms or conditions of service.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's application. The revisions take effect as of 1 January 2004.
