5.

In Regulatory framework for the small incumbent telephone companies, Decision CRTC 2001-756, 14 December 2001, the Commission assigned the services in question to the fourth price cap service basket. In that decision, the Commission determined that rates for such services would generally be permitted to increase up to any already approved rate for the same service.

6.

O.N.Telcom indicated that the proposed rates are equal to or less than those approved by the Commission for similar services provided by Bell Canada and approved in Order CRTC 2001-253, 21 March 2001.

7.

The Commission approves O.N.Telcom's application. The revisions take effect as of 1 January 2004.

8.

O.N.Telcom is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes.
