Service improvement plan

The Commission received an application by MTS Communications Inc. (MTS), dated 7 November 2003, to revise General Tariff item 610, Service Improvement Plan - 2003 to 2007, in order to reflect the Commission's findings in Follow-up to Decision 2002-63: MTS' service improvement plan, Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-68, 10 October 2003 (Decision 2003-68).

In Decision 2003-68, the Commission directed MTS to file a proposed service improvement plan (SIP), including the cost criterion, the customer contribution, as well as the instalment payment plans of $1,000 and up to $10,000, consistent with the tariffs approved for Aliant Telecom Inc., Bell Canada and TELUS Communications Inc.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves MTS's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
