Service improvement plan

The Commission received an application by MTS Communications Inc. (MTS), dated 7 November 2003, to revise General Tariff item 610, Service Improvement Plan - 2003 to 2007, in order to reflect the Commission's findings in Follow-up to Decision 2002-63: MTS' service improvement plan, Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-68, 10 October 2003 (Decision 2003-68).

In Decision 2003-68, the Commission directed MTS to file a proposed service improvement plan (SIP), including the cost criterion, the customer contribution, as well as the instalment payment plans of $1,000 and up to $10,000, consistent with the tariffs approved for Aliant Telecom Inc., Bell Canada and TELUS Communications Inc.
