Amalgamation of tariff items associated with signal transmission service

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 27 October 2003, to amalgamate the TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. General Tariff (CRTC 1005) item 410 to TCI General Tariff item 516, Signal Transmission Service (BC-Only).

2.

TCI submitted that it is not proposing any changes to the rates and terms and conditions of this service.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
