Telecom Order CRTC 2003-484

  Ottawa, 28 November 2003

Bell Canada

  Reference: Tariff Notice 6757

Optical fibre service arrangements

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 4 July 2003, to add Special Facilities Tariff (SFT) items N4(a)(1)a.1., N4(a)(1) a.2. and N4(a)(1)a.3. providing for three customer Optical Fibre Network Solutions.

Bell Canada submitted that these custom-designed arrangements were not available from the General Tariff and were being filed in the Special Facilities Tariff due to limited anticipated demand.

The Commission carefully considered all submissions received.

The Commission by majority vote approves on an interim basis, SFT items N4(a)(1)a.1. and N4(a)(1) a.2. The revisions take effect the date of this order. The Commission denies item N4(a)(1)a.3. The reasons will be issued at a later date.
