Optical fibre service arrangements

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 14 March 2003, to add Special Facilities Tariff item N2(a)(1), Optical Fibre Service Arrangements, providing for a customer Optical Fibre Network Solutions.

2.

Bell Canada submitted that these custom-designed arrangements were not available from the General Tariff and were being filed in the Special Facilities Tariff due to limited anticipated demand.

3.

The Commission carefully considered all submissions received.

4.

The Commission by majority vote approves on an interim basis Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. The reasons will be issued at a later date.
