TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc.

Centrex Plus service

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. (TELUS Québec), dated 13 March 2003, to revise General Tariff item 2.18.01, Centrex Plus Service, in order to include a paragraph indicating that the resale of the company's Centrex Plus service by its affiliate TELUS Solutions (Québec) Inc. is permitted within its serving territory, at the same rates, terms and conditions as of those available in TELUS Québec's General Tariff.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission notes that the application was filed pursuant to Regulatory safeguards with respect to incumbent affiliates, bundling by Bell Canada and related matters, Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-76, 12 December 2002.

The Commission approves TELUS Québec's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
