Thunder Bay Telephone

Customer-specific services


The Commission received an application by Thunder Bay Telephone, dated 8 October 2003, to revise item 2.22, Full-Time Local Broadcast-Quality Video Transmission Channel Service, under section TB1000 of its General Tariff in order to reflect per-video channel rates for Special Assemblies for Full-Time Local Broadcast-Quality Video Transmission Channel service.


Thunder Bay Telephone also proposed to revise the amount for the initial service construction charge as a result of a typing error.


The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.


The Commission approves Thunder Bay Telephone's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.


Thunder Bay Telephone is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes.
