Northern Telephone Limited Partnership

Centrex II service promotional campaigns

1.

The Commission received an application by Northern Telephone Limited Partnership (Northern), dated 11 December 2002, to revise item 11.01, Promotional Campaign, under section N240 of its General Tariff, in order to introduce two Centrex II service promotional campaigns: the first, from 3 March 2003 to 2 May 2003, and the second, from 3 September 2003 to 28 November 2003.

During the campaigns, the multi-element service charges associated with the three- and five-year contracts will be waived for all individual business lines, multi-lines and existing Centrex service subscribers converting to a three- or five-year contract. This waiver does not apply to moves, adds or change order requests.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves Northern's application.

5.

Northern is to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect these changes.
