SmartTouch services

1.

The Commission received an application by Société en commandite Télébec (Télébec), dated 29 November 2002, to revise General Tariff item 3.3.18, SmartTouch Services, in order to increase by $2 the monthly rate for "Forfait Contact", pursuant to Implementation of price regulation for Télébec and TELUS Québec, Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-43, 31 July 2002.

In its application, Télébec indicated that "Forfait Contact" was a bundled service consisting of Name Display, Number Display, Call Answer, Call Return, Three-Way Calling, Call Forwarding and Speed Call (8 numbers).

The Commission notes that Télébec will notify its customers of the proposed rate increase by adding a note on their billing statement.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

5.

The Commission approves Télébec's application. The revisions take effect as of 17 February 2003.
