MTS Communications Inc.

Centrex PLUS service

1.

The Commission received an application by MTS Communications Inc. (MTS), dated 8 September 2003, to revise General Tariff item 1987, Centrex PLUS, in order to include the following additional service features in the basic rate per line per month: Simultaneous Ring, Call Forward Remote Activation, Speed Calling/Group - 10 Number and Centrex Dynamic Change.

MTS stated that the proposed changes for large Centrex systems were in response to demand from business customers for enhanced service arrangements at more attractive prices.

MTS filed an imputation test to support the proposed changes for uncapped services.

4.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

5.

The Commission approves MTS' application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
