Bruce Municipal Telephone System

Reference: Tariff Notices 96 and 96A

Diagnostic maintenance charge

1.

The Commission received an application by Bruce Municipal Telephone System (BMTS), dated 18 September 2001 and amended on 20 November 2002, to revise item 3, Diagnostic Maintenance Charge, under section 850 of its General Tariff, in order to reduce the diagnostic charge from $77.75 to $64.80 for residential and business customers.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

3.

The Commission approves BMTS' application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

4.

BMTS to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect this change.
