Connection of customer-provided equipment

1.

The Commission received an application by Société en commandite Télébec (Télébec), dated 13 August 2003, to revise Special Facilities Tariff item F100, Central Office Located Customer-Provided Equipment, in order to provide the additional power required for customer-provided equipment located in Télébec's central office.

2.

Télébec indicated that this is a modification to Tariff Notice 290 approved by the Commission in Connection of customer-provided equipment, Telecom Order CRTC 2003-70, 12 February 2003.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Télébec's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
