La Compagnie de Téléphone de Warwick

Telephone set loss charge

1.

The Commission received an application by La Compagnie de Téléphone de Warwick (Warwick), dated 22 November 2002, to revise General Tariff item 3.2.2, "Incitatifs pour la récupération de téléphones", in order to modify the telephone set loss charges.

2.

In its application, Warwick proposed to adjust the telephone set loss charges such that they represented the actual costs of the telephones.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Warwick's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

5.

Warwick is to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect this change.
