Interconnection agreement between Sogetel and Interurbain Sogetel inc.

1.

The Commission received an application by Sogetel inc. (Sogetel), dated 1 August 2003, for approval of an interconnection agreement between Sogetel and Interurbain Sogetel inc.

2.

The proposed agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the provision of local interconnection facilities by Sogetel to Interurbain Sogetel inc., an interexchange service provider.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Sogetel's application.
