Provincial Enhanced 911 Service

1.

The Commission received an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 29 July 2003, to migrate Island Telecom Inc. General Tariff item 267, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited General Tariff items 280 and 281 and NBTel Inc. General Tariff item 620.1 to Aliant Telecom General Tariff item 235, Provincial Enhanced 911 Service.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

3.

The Commission notes that there are no changes to the rates, terms or conditions of service.

4.

The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
