Thunder Bay Telephone

Customer-specific services

1.

The Commission received an application by Thunder Bay Telephone, dated 30 July 2003, to add General Tariff items 2.22, Full-Time Local Broadcast-Quality Video Transmission Channel Service, and 2.23, Internet Backbone Access.

2.

Thunder Bay Telephone indicated that these special assemblies were developed for the specific requirements of customers and are not available through the company's tariffs.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Thunder Bay Telephone's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

5.

Thunder Bay Telephone is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes.
