Interconnection agreement between local exchange carriers

1.

The Commission received an application by ExaTEL Inc. (ExaTEL), dated 24 July 2003, in order to include the Huntsville exchange to page 3 of Schedule C to the Master Agreement for Interconnection between ExaTEL and Bell Canada, and to add 
Appendix 4 which provides details of the local network interconnection arrangement.

The Commission notes that ExaTEL filed the revised Schedule C and the Appendix 4 in confidence and did not provide an abridged version of these documents for the public record.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves ExaTEL's application.
