TELUS Communications Inc.

Residence Value Bundle and Residence No Limits Bundle

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 12 March 2003, to revise General Tariff item 302, Residence Value Bundle, and item 303, Residence No Limits Bundle, in order to expand the eligibility for the Residence Value Bundle and Residence No Limits Bundle options currently offered only to customers who have TCI as their local exchange carrier (LEC) and primary interexchange carrier (PIC) and who also subscribe to TELUS Internet services, to include customers who have TCI as their LEC and are PIC'd to the company and who are also TELUS Mobility postpaid cellular subscribers.

TCI submitted that customers who have TCI as their LEC and are PIC'd to the company and who are also TELUS Mobility postpaid cellular subscribers would be eligible for the following:
  ·under the Residence Value Bundle:
 

- a package of four features for $15.95 per month; and

  ·under the Residence No Limits Bundle:
 

- a package of 14 features for $21.95 per month in Alberta and $17.95 per 
   month in British Columbia; or

 

- a package of 13 features which includes the Internet Call Director feature, 
   for $19.95 per month in Alberta or $15.95 per month in British Columbia.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
