MTS Communications Inc.

D-1 video service

1.

The Commission received an application by MTS Communications Inc. (MTS), dated 28 March 2003, to revise Supplementary Tariff Special Assemblies item 18734, D-1 Video Service, in order to provide the customer with one unidirectional D-1 quality video channel between the customer's premises and MTS's central office.

2.

MTS indicated that this special assembly was developed for the requirements of a specific customer, and is not available through the company's tariffs.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves MTS's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
