Small business network service offers

1.

The Commission received an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 19 June 2003, to migrate Maritime Tel & Tel Limited's General Tariff item 985, Small Business Network Service, to Aliant Telecom's General Tariff item 302.3, Small Business Network Service Offers.

Aliant Telecom noted that Small Business Network Service Offers provides local service, features and may include Internet service. Aliant Telecom further noted that this service has reached the end of its life cycle and it is proposing to grandfather the service to existing customers. Aliant Telecom added that existing customers could continue to subscribe to the service and keep the service if they change their address.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
