SmartTouch promotion

1.

The Commission received an application by NorthernTel Limited Partnership (NorthernTel), dated 2 June 2003 and amended on 6 June 2003, to revise item 12, 2003 Promotional Offer, under section N490 of its General Tariff, in order to change the promotion date for its second SmartTouch promotional campaign, approved in Telecom Order CRTC 2003-36, 20 January 2003, from 2 September 2003 to 31 December 2003, to 18 August 2003 to 4 October 2003.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves NorthernTel's application.

4.

NorthernTel is to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect this change.
