Telecom Order CRTC 2003-277

  Ottawa, 9 July 2003

Bell Canada

  Reference: Tariff Notice 6723

Private Label Internet Service

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, on behalf of Bell Nexxia, dated 27 January 2003, proposing Special Facilities Tariff (SFT) item N1(a), Private Label Internet Service, which provides a turnkey management solution to allow the customer to act as a virtual Internet service provider.

The Commission notes that the rate for this SFT service satisfies the imputation test when modified to include the costs of the Cisco AS5300 network servers amortized over the contract duration.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this Order.
