Prince Rupert City Telephones

Reference: Tariff Notice 65

Internet backbone access

1.

The Commission received an application by Prince Rupert City Telephones (CityTel), dated 8 May 2003, to revise item 9, Internet Backbone Access, of its General Tariff in order to provide Internet access per 10 meg to one customer.

2.

The Commission notes that this service provides the customer with a discount on the currently approved rate, based upon bulk usage. The Commission further notes that the customer has agreed to the terms and conditions contained in the tariff.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves CityTel's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

5.

CityTel is to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect this change.
