Interconnection agreement between local exchange carriers

1.

The Commission received an application by ExaTEL Inc. (ExaTEL), dated 30 April 2003, for approval of a revised Schedule C to the Master Agreement for Interconnection (the agreement) between ExaTEL and Bell Canada.

The Commission notes that ExaTEL filed the revised Schedule C in confidence as the release of this information would provide competitors with sensitive network information. The Commission also notes that ExaTEL did not provide an abridged version of that document for the public record as it would not be of meaningful assistance to potential interveners in formulating comments.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves ExaTEL's application.
